About Me

I am Jennifer Risty, aged 34 years. 

I am a mama to Aislynn-14, Simon-7, Gabriel-6, Freyja-4, Roland-1 (plus two, what they call, angel babies) and a stepmom to Melissa-18. 
I am a wiffy to Eric.
I am a gramma to Joshua!!!!!!!
I am a stay-at-home mama and a very part-time worker.  
I am a sucker for animals in need, apparently.  We now have a dog, Kali-~8mo.  :/
I am Risty Business, 40H--a roller derby chick (or I try, anyway, when I am not breaking myself or having personal crises).
I am the junior Luther League Leader.
I am a Nordic Nimble Feet dancer.
I am a Legionnaire.
I am a Cub Scout helper.
I am a member of the Booster Club.
I am a volunteer.
  
I am in madly in love with Eric and my little puppies (aka my children, tho now that we actually have a puppy, it gets confusing).  I am starting to like the actual puppy; she is turning out nicely.
I am no longer going to have babies of my own and sometimes have a hard time dealing with that.
I am incredibly interested in our family becoming a host family and and foster family.
I am open to adopting a child who needs us (toddler or older, I guess.  Eric is done with babies).
I am giving money when I die to Farm Rescue and cochlear implants.  
I am incredibly organized; however, one cannot tell in real life.  Most of it is in my head. 
I am incredibly lazy and selfish.
I am tired of people I love undoing all of the life lessons I try to teach my children.
I am tired of the children I love undoing all of the cleaning I do in the house.
I am incredibly dissatisfied with life at the moment.  Depression sucks.
I am still incredibly in love with life at the same time.  
I am incredibly lucky to have who and what I have, no matter how much you may read my complaining.
